Bob Lee, Co-Founder and Managing Director
Bob is passionate about serving as a trusted financial advisor to successful, busy individuals and their families. Having worked with hundreds of executives and entrepreneurs as a private equity investor, he has witnessed a wide gap between their substantial accomplishment at work and the suboptimal management of their own personal wealth. Bob is committed to helping successful individuals close this gap. By achieving peace of mind with their wealth, they can focus their precious time on their professional pursuits and achieving more balance in their personal lives.
Prior to co-founding BluePrint Investing, Bob served as an investment professional at H.I.G. Capital, a leading private equity investment firm. While at H.I.G., Bob directed investment evaluation and execution efforts across multiple industries. Bob managed transaction teams, structured deals, and identified investment opportunities. Prior to H.I.G., Bob was a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group, where he advised senior management on corporate strategy. Bob also worked at the private equity firm J.W. Childs Associates. Bob began his career at Morgan Stanley in the Special Situations Group, where he recommended fixed income investments and executed restructuring transactions.
Bob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Harvard College. As a busy entrepreneur, father of three young sons, and husband to an eye surgeon, Bob understands first-hand the challenges of work-life balance. When he is not busy with the company, he spends his time raising his kids and traveling to his favorite destinations in his native Northern California.

Elena Greeves McCarron, Co-Founder and Advisory Board Member
Prior to co-founding BluePrint Investing, Elena was Vice President of Client Experience at Structural Investment Management, a technology-enabled wealth management firm based in San Francisco. Prior to Structural, Elena was a Senior Product Manager at Adobe Systems where she developed pricing strategies and led teams in building technology solutions. Elena was also a Principal at The Parthenon Group, a leading management consulting firm, where she led strategy cases for global Fortune 500 companies and due diligence assignments for private equity firms. In addition, Elena worked as a research analyst for T. Rowe Price where she developed stock investment recommendations for senior portfolio managers. Elena began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she worked for the Investment Banking and Wealth Management Divisions and advised individuals with over $100 million in investable assets.
Elena holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She grew up in Hong Kong and holds both UK and US citizenship. She enjoys running and cycling and is actively involved in City Church of San Francisco. Elena and her husband Mike are recent parents of their second baby boy.
